We offer above-award pay rates for both part-time and full-time roles, based on your qualifications and experience:

  • Certificate III Educators – $29.90 per hour
  • Diploma Qualified Educators – $31.56 per hour
  • Lead Educators – $34.22 per hour
  • You’ll also receive generous superannuation of 12.75%.

Our ELC is known for its strong and supportive leadership under Head of Early Education, Mrs Leanne Zammit, who is highly regarded for her professionalism, care and genuine focus on staff wellbeing.

About The Roles:

You will play an important part in providing a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where every child can grow and thrive.

As part of our ELC team, our Educators:

  • Help develop and deliver a high-quality, inclusive educational program
  • Build trusting, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively as part of a passionate, professional team

Lead Educator responsibilities also include:

  • Providing educational leadership and guidance to your team
  • Mentoring educators and supporting their growth
  • Ensuring programs align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

We are a long day care service, and we work together to provide consistent, high-quality experiences for children throughout the day. We offer flexibility for educators who are looking for part-time or varied hours while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

About You:

You are an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated educator who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.

What you’ll bring:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently studying towards one)
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • A caring, positive attitude and genuine love for working with young children
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning and growing with your team

Highly Valued but not essential:

  • Previous experience working in Early Childhood Education
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and its application in early learning
  • Commitment to the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Experience in educational leadership or mentoring (for Lead Educators)
