What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage strategic hotel sales plans across all market segments: Leisure, Groups, and Meetings & Events.
  • Proactively prospect, generate, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Manage RFPs and lead contract negotiations for FITs, wholesalers, and high-end travel agencies.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners and luxury consortia.
What We’re Looking For

Previous Experience Required:

  • Broad network of connections and deep familiarity with leading luxury consortia.
  • Background in lifestyle or luxury hospitality.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local market and strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Fluency in Italian and English (native or near-native level).
  • Proven ability to design and execute sales strategies that deliver results.
