Overview

Echo Base Global is seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead and elevate our multidisciplinary design function. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands‑on creative leader with deep expertise across all areas of design, including branding strategy, animation/motion design, and integrated campaign creative. This is a great opportunity to lead and shape the brand identity for a growing portfolio of brands in the digital assets space, influencing how emerging technologies and platforms are visually represented at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive design and creative strategies aligned with brand and business objectives
  • Drive campaign creative concept development, from initial ideation through execution across multiple channels
  • Translate brand positioning and marketing strategy into cohesive creative concepts and visual systems
Campaigns & Marketing Materials
  • Oversee the design of materials for integrated campaigns, including social media, email marketing, digital and print advertising, and promotional assets
  • Ensure creative consistency and effectiveness across all campaign touchpoints
  • Partner with teams to optimize creative for performance and engagement
Design Management
  • Manage and oversee end‑to‑end design workflows, from concept development through final delivery
  • Establish and maintain high standards for consistency, and innovation across all outputs
Branding & Identity
  • Lead brand identity development, refreshes, and ongoing brand evolution
  • Shape and steward brand systems across a portfolio of digital asset brands
  • Develop, maintain, and evolve brand guidelines and scalable design frameworks
Animation & Motion Design
  • Oversee animation and motion design projects, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, and brand alignment
  • Integrate motion and animation thoughtfully into campaigns, digital experiences, and advertising
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, strategy, and leadership teams
  • Present creative concepts, campaign ideas, and design rationale clearly to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and production partners as needed
Qualifications & Experience
  • 8+ years of professional design experience, with 3+ years in a management role
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools
  • Demonstrated experience across branding, campaign design, social media, email, advertising, animation/motion, and digital design
  • Strong background in campaign creative concept development and integrated marketing creative
  • Proven ability to manage complex creative projects
  • Portfolio showcasing design projects, strategic thinking and high‑quality execution across multiple design disciplines
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working in fintech, crypto, Web3, or digital asset‑related industries
  • Familiarity with performance‑driven creative and optimization best practices
  • Experience with global brands or multi‑market organizations
  • Ability to balance creative excellence with timelines, budgets, and operational requisites
