A leading hospitality services provider is seeking a Deputy Venue Manager for Off-Venue Hospitality Event Production in Italy. This role involves key responsibilities in the operation of event venues, managing suppliers, and ensuring high-quality experiences. Candidates should have a relevant degree and significant experience in event production or venue management. Fluency in English and Italian is required. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work at major sporting events and requires flexible hours.

Competenze

• Fluent in business English and Italian.
• 3-5 years of experience in event production or venue management.
• Experience with large-scale sports events or immersive activations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist the Venue Manager in delivering high-quality hospitality programs.
• Manage and coordinate external suppliers and vendors.
• Act as the on-site lead in the absence of the Venue Manager.
