Our client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies. To strengthen their internal staff, they have commissioned us to search for a Data Entry specialist.

Under the guidance and direction of the Customer Service Manager, the role holder is responsible for accurately undertaking a range of general duties.

Activities:

• Handle incoming customer calls
• Manage Customer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities
• Perform data entry within a business management system
• Support back office functions

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Advanced level of English, preferably fluent in spoken and written communication
• Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role is preferred
• Ability to respond appropriately under pressure
• Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SAP may be advantageous

The position is offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract.
