What You'll Do :
  • 🤝 Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
  • ✈️ Advise clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in our client's success.
  • 🔍 Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
  • 🌐 Assist customers with travel-related issues.
What We Need :
  • 🇩🇰🇬🇧 Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred, but personality and skills can make a difference!).
  • 😊 A positive attitude and a love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
  • 📚 Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus, but not a must.
