A leading automotive parts company in Asti is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for its Logistics department. This role serves as the key contact for order management, shipments, and after-sales support. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in Economics or Logistics, with at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems, along with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset, are essential.

Competenze

  • Previous experience of at least 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join the Logistics department. The role will serve as the key point of contact between the company and its customers for all activities related to order management, shipments, deliveries, and after-sales support. The candidate will work closely with the Production, Logistics, Planning, and Sales departments to ensure efficient service aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders: receive, enter, and track order status.
  • Coordinate national and international shipments in collaboration with the warehouse and transport providers.
  • Monitor deliveries and manage any issues or delays.
  • Handle returns, claims, and special customer requests.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the ERP system.
  • Communicate daily with Italian and international customers via email and phone.
  • Work closely with the Logistics and Planning teams to ensure lead time compliance.
  • Prepare reports on orders, shipments, and service performance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Economics, Logistics
  • Previous experience of at least 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent preferred).
  • Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and problem-solving attitude.
