Cost Controller Multi-Site Manufacturing

With a view to strengthening our company, we are seeking a professional to fill the role of Cost Controller Multi-Site Manufacturing.

Required Profile

• Strong experience in industrial controlling, not administrative controlling;
• Background in manufacturing companies: food, nutraceutical, cosmetic, chemical or pharmaceutical;
• Advanced skills in building standard costs by line, site and product family;
• Ability to analyze yields, scrap, cycles, setup times, variances and machine-hour costs;
• Full mastery of industrial BOMs (raw materials, packaging, cycles, external processing);
• Strong capability in calculating product and customer profitability;
• Comfortable working in multi-plant environments with different processes and technologies;
• Ability to translate operational data into clear indicators and management summaries;
• Autonomous in building controlling models, systems and reporting structures;
• Solid experience with industrial KPIs: efficiency, scrap, costs, productivity;
• Used to interacting with Production, Planning, Purchasing and Quality;
• Ability to set up monthly reporting and engage in technical discussions with plant managers;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and major ERP/management systems;
• Indicative seniority: 7–12 years in a similar role;
• Willingness to work weekly across three production sites;
• Strong commitment to goals, deadlines and accountability.
