At REEFLEX, we create cutting-edge iOS camera apps and mobile photography gear empowering creators worldwide to capture stunning visuals with their smartphones. As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled Content Creator to help us shape the visual identity of our brand and deliver scroll-stopping content for our marketing and social media channels.

About the Role

This is your chance to craft high-performing, visually captivating content that will be used across:

• Paid Advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads)
• Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube)
• Organic Marketing & Brand Storytelling

We’re looking for someone who knows how to blend creativity with performance — producing visually striking and emotionally engaging content that not only wows but drives real results for user acquisition and brand growth.

You’ll have the freedom to pitch ideas, experiment with creative formats, and iterate based on performance data — building a library of content that keeps getting better over time.

What You’ll Do

• Produce stunning video and photo content: dynamic advertising videos, lifestyle shoots, product showcases, user tutorials, and creative campaigns.
• ️ Help define the visual language of REEFLEX across all platforms.
• Collaborate with our design team to create content optimized for paid ads and organic growth.
• Continuously refine and improve creative assets based on performance metrics and feedback.
• Work remotely or join us on-site at our new office in Latina, Italy (45 min from Rome) — we welcome hybrid collaboration!

What We’re Looking For

• Strong portfolio in video production, photography, and editing (digital ads, product, lifestyle a must).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Ability to think creatively while keeping performance metrics in mind.
• Experience producing content for Meta, Google, or TikTok Ads.
• Meta Ads campaigns management experience is a bonus.
• English proficiency (C1+), other languages a bonus.
• A passion for visual storytelling and brand building.
• Open to remote talent worldwide, hybrid, or on-site work.
