Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Engineering and have at least 7 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, particularly in the energy sector. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The position offers a permanent contract with a starting date of June 23.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead the Project Team members in the successful completion of their assigned tasks to the required quality within schedule, allocated budgets and scope;
• Commercial Management - Contract management, including delivery on the budget gross margin;
• Customer Interface, Risk & Opportunity Management;
• Management of contractual obligations;
• Project Reporting and financial performance;
• Cost Control - Plan and prepare accurate project estimates. Establish cost report for control of projects;
• HSE & Quality Management - Compliance with Voltalia policies and procedures. Implement lessons learned system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in construction projects with medium to large size projects;
• Minimum 4 years project management experience with medium and large size projects (preferably in the energy sector);
• Having experience in Contract, Risk and Procurement Management;
• Consolidated knowledge in planning software (Project, Primavera, etc.);
• Fluent in English, French and or Portuguese advanced, other languages would be a plus;
• Availability for a European project.
