We are an international Print Marketing Service Company with headquarters in Germany. Today we are among the leading online printers in Europe in the B2B sector selling our products online to over 1.5 Mio. clients around Europe.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the commercial development activities on our Italian market
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Analyze data and generate reports to identify potential for business growth
- Direct business growth strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives (cross selling of products & product groups)
- Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions
- Overseeing and developing the performance of the Sales team & Account Management
- Supporting Layout Team & -Supervise in commercial aspects of their tasks
- Coordinate, manage, and mentor our Sales Team professionals and work with Manager of Marketing to determine company goals and KPIs
- Recruit new Account Managers and Customer Service Personal
- Setting yearly goals & following up on quarterly results of your team and other performers
- Reporting directly to the Managing Director Italy

Your profile
- Qualification & Experience
- University degree in Business or related fields
- At least of 5-10 years’ experience in commercial roles (experiences gained in an international company operating in the print industry and market characterized in B2B Sales in a senior role will be an advantage)
- 5-10 years of experience in decision-making, leadership, the development of business and determination to achieve common goals together with several team members
- 5-10 years of experience in customer service and account management
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage a large number of products and product varieties
- Hands-on mentality towards work and business
- You’ve already managed a team: this means performance management, hiring, coaching and training
- Proficiency to use IT systems, commercial platforms, CRM and Office package
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) of both Italian and English language
