Location: in our offices in either Milan or Madrid, on a hybrid working schedule (3 days / week in the office + 2 days / week working from home).

About the Role

As the Commercial Insights Lead for the Peripheral Interventions (PI) Southern Cluster, you will play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that directly impact business decisions and performance. By partnering with country teams, you will simplify complexity, uncover growth opportunities, and support teams through transformational change. This role is critical to enabling strategic, data‑driven decision‑making across the cluster and ensuring our local teams have the insights they need to thrive.

You will report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, EMEA PI, and work closely with cluster and country leadership. You will support and lead central and local initiatives, localize implementation of programs, and enhance analytics tools that are tightly connected to business results. This includes supporting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and 3‑Year Strategic Plan (3YP).

Responsibilities
Data analysis and performance insights
  • Analyze sales data to uncover trends and opportunities.
  • Own performance KPIs and reporting matrices.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Deliver insights into customer patterns and help strengthen the sales funnel.
  • Evaluate market dynamics and support data quality initiatives.
Sales strategy and execution
  • Design and map sales territories.
  • Monitor productivity versus case support and growth metrics.
  • Localize product segmentation strategies.
  • Lead deal design simulations and support customer negotiations.
  • Monitor compliance with commercial commitment levels.
Tools, reporting, and process optimization
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and processes.
  • Train end users on new tools and analytics platforms.
  • Provide data-driven support for profitability and ROI‑based decision‑making.
Operations and inventory management
  • Support inventory management to reduce waste and drive efficiency.
Cross‑functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across functions, including Sales, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Leverage tools such as Tableau, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Microsoft Office to drive insights.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an analytical or commercial insights role.
  • Strong expertise in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau and Sales Cloud.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to balance short‑term needs with long‑term strategy.
  • Fluent in English and either Spanish or Italian.
