What You’ll Do (aka How You’ll Make an Impact)

You’ll be in the thick of it—connecting clients, service providers, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Be the friendly, professional first point of contact via phone, email, text, and Microsoft Teams
  • Manage the execution of Cleaning and Trade services across the U.S., including scheduling, confirming, and dispatching ISPs
  • Track, update, and manage work orders so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Follow up to confirm services are completed—then close the loop
  • Prioritize work based on urgency and SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Collect invoices, signed work orders, and required documentation
  • Keep clear, detailed notes so everyone stays informed and aligned
  • Help onboard new service providers and support coverage needs
  • Problem‑solve in real time, handle basic issues, and elevate when necessary
  • Multitask like a pro—calls, systems, and updates all at once
  • Jump in to support teammates when things get busy
