Job Description:

At dentsu we're looking for a Client Consultant, in Milan.

The purpose of this role is provide support and assistance in managing client plans and day-to-day activities while collaborating with colleagues.

Key Accountabilities

• Project Management: ensure projects and plans meet objectives and stay on time/budget.
• Client Support: Assist Client Manager with client liaison and administration.
• Keep updated on the Client’s marketplace through competitor reviews and reading
• Develop strong working relationships with Clients
• Ensure Client needs are met quickly, efficiently and completely with the defined timings and a high quality output for all activities

Skills

• At least 2+ years of experience in international agencies
• Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and of the main paid advertising platforms (Google ADS, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business Manager, Programmatic DSP, Sponsored Ads)
• Great client relationship skills, with the ability to engage high-profile stakeholders using the appropriate tone and approach
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Excellent organizational and relational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactivity, and autonomy in day-to-day project management
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong commitment to excellence in client service
