The Continuous Improvement Management Specialist – Operations is a professional figure responsible for analyzing and optimizing the use of digital tools and information systems to support business operational processes. Work with operations groups and IT to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement technology solutions that increase productivity, reduce errors, and facilitate process automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the use of business systems to identify inefficiencies in digital flows
• Support business operations by correcting and aligning data in the company system to ensure timely invoicing and customer credit recovery
• Participate in defining functional requirements for new versions of the business system.
• Improve the operational efficiency of the business system by preventing billing errors, delays or incorrect deliveries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency between operational processes and the tools used.
• Facilitate the integration of new modules by supporting the POA/SKU team, upcoming software that will be released in 2025/2026 COMPOUND 4.0, IDOCAR, CARFORM.
