Role Overview

Reporting to: Head of Business Strategy Europe (Irene Paternoster), dotted line to Global Partnerships (Roi)

The Business OPS Manager is a key role designed to strengthen the region’s GTM execution across both Sales and Partnerships. The position provides structured support on account intelligence, stakeholder mapping, strategic material preparation, forecast coordination and CRM/process governance.

This person acts as a connective layer across the regional GTM organization, the global Partnerships team, the COO Office and Business Operations, ensuring alignment, discipline and operational readiness as the region scales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive account intelligence, stakeholder and shareholder mapping, and research on priority enterprise accounts.
  • Prepare strategic materials including account briefs, stakeholder maps, opportunity summaries and cross-region coordination documents.
  • Enable practical and tactical alignment across KAMs and SAMs, particularly in multi-region opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the global Partnership organization (Roi and Noam) and local Partner Managers to ensure consistency in co-sell and partner motions.
  • Support alignment between Sales and Partnerships for shared accounts and GTM priorities.
Business Support (COO Office + Forecast)
  • Support the development and coordination of the regional forecasting process as it becomes more structured.
  • Act as a point of coordination with the COO Office to ensure accuracy, consistency and timely visibility of regional performance and pipeline.
  • Contribute to analyses, insights and reporting supporting regional planning and prioritization.
Operational Support (Business Operations + CRM)
  • Serve as the regional liaison for CRM governance, process alignment and data quality with Business Operations (Tal’s team).
  • Help embed operational standards, GTM processes and documentation across countries.
  • Monitor and improve data consistency across Italy, Spain, France and Portugal.
  • Identify inefficiencies and support scalable process improvements.

This role works closely with:

  • Regional GTM teams: KAMs, SAMs, Account Directors
  • Global Partnerships: Roi, Noam and local Partner Managers
  • COO Office: for forecast coordination and visibility
  • Business Operations (Tal): for CRM, process governance and operational discipline
  • Business Strategy Europe (Irene): for strategic alignment and priorities
Requirements
Hard Skills
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Business, Political Science or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Experience or strong inclination toward sales enablement,, GTM strategy or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong command of English and at least one South Europe language (Italian, Spanish, French or Portuguese).
Soft Skills
  • Structured thinking, attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate across functions.
