The Data, Insights, Science and Optimization, Marketing & Growth (DISCO M&G) team is looking for a BIE to join a team of Data Scientists, Analytics Leads, Business Intelligence Engineers and Data Engineers who analyze big data and provide analytics and insights as well as build models and algorithms that power “Next Best Experience” (NBX) marketing for personalized experiences. The team focuses on accelerating Amazon Music customer growth by empowering Marketing & Growth teams to make sound, customer‑centric decisions through data and insights. In this role, you will lead the analytics and insights efforts for one of the Amazon Music Marketing domains. You will set the analytics roadmap and direction for the domain and work with stakeholders and partners to deliver self‑service solutions, insights, learning white papers and models to advance our analytics and science offerings. The ideal candidate must be willing to effectively lead analytics solutions, prioritize across multiple stakeholders and projects, and be ready to jump into a fast‑paced, dynamic and fun environment.
