This Position reports to: Chapter Leader - Business Process Management.

As a Business Functional Analyst, you will be a member of the Commercial Processes and Tools for Business Enablement Agile Unit, specifically in the Customer Portal & Digital Commerce Ecosystem Team, which ensures EL wide common tools and experiences in the Electrification landscape worldwide. You will lead projects for the development of global opportunity to remittance & post sale service web-based tools.

By collaborating with Marketing & Sales, Global Product Management, IT, Supply Chain and Finance, you will be responsible for defining and documenting functional user stories, including business and business process rules, user experience, output documentation, process improvements, and downstream system integration needs. In addition, you will be managing timelines, resources, and owning story execution.

The work model is hybrid #LI-hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uncover, collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements or stories, skillfully translating them into implementation stories.
  • Collaborate closely with business users and development team to establish clear development plans and testable acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless alignment.
  • Work together with developers and IS project managers to estimate and monitor development effort, encompassing capacity, status, and velocity, across planned developments and releases.
  • Master the intricacies of our application landscape and grasp business needs, allowing you to proactively address incidents and changes.
  • Take an active role in creating and presenting innovative solutions to our Business users and Partners.
  • Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area of expertise, contributing your technical and business process/data prowess to drive ongoing operations and develop high-quality products.
  • Embrace a collaborative, cross‑discipline team environment, apply Agile development methodologies and actively participate in all team activities.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure desired functionality and quality of product configuration tools.
  • Provide training and guidance to users of the tools.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and overall project execution.
  • Report out and provide project updates to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • BS in engineering, Computer science, mathematics, or business and minimum 2 years' experience in eCommerce, project management, or software development
  • Italian & English speaker
  • Strong knowledge of Agile processes and/or project management and project execution methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and computer skills and Influencing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer advocate
  • Champion of change; willing and eager to promote change
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Figma, and DevOps / Jira
