Business Development Representative Location : Hybrid – Milan, ItalyContract : Full-timeAbout Skybird Group

With over 30 years of experience, Skybird Group combines deep media knowledge with strategic consulting to give brands powerful international exposure.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls and personalized emails
  • Qualify leads from website forms, and industry events
  • Use LinkedIn and other platforms to engage in social selling and nurture relationships
  • Collaborate with account managers and the leadership team to ensure smooth client transitions
  • Maintain a consistent sales pipeline, meet activity and conversion KPIs, and update the CRM system regularly
Who You Are
  • You have 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles (experience in media, advertising, or SaaS is a plus)
  • You're motivated by goals, proactive, and comfortable with cold outreach
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
  • Experience or interest in luxury, fashion, design, pr, advertising or international publishing is a plus
