Join Otoqi as a Bilingual Fleet Operations Specialist. The role focuses on ensuring high quality service and operational performance for our car‑sharing partners across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.
Job Description
- Oversee daily operations for key car‑sharing partners, monitoring missions and resolving issues to maintain on‑time completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the driver community, building long‑term relationships and support before, during, and after missions.
- Coordinate client back office and allocate missions to drivers.
- Track assignments in real time to confirm correct driver assignment.
- Suggest process improvements to minimize operational issues.
- Provide data‑driven insights and reporting to the Driver Acquisition team to inform recruitment needs.

Your Profile
- At least 1 year of operations experience, ideally in a fast‑paced or mobility environment.
- Structured, efficient problem‑solver capable of rapid decision making.
- Dynamic, eager to learn, thriving in a changing environment.
- Resilient and calm under pressure with effective decision skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; handles multiple calls simultaneously.
- Fluent in German; proficient in English.

- Experience in delivery, fleet management, or car‑sharing operations.
- Familiarity with real‑time tracking tools or operations management software.
- Basic data analysis skills to identify trends and propose improvements.
- Fluency in Italian.
