Join Otoqi as a Bilingual Fleet Operations Specialist. The role focuses on ensuring high quality service and operational performance for our car‑sharing partners across France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations for key car‑sharing partners, monitoring missions and resolving issues to maintain on‑time completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the driver community, building long‑term relationships and support before, during, and after missions.
• Coordinate client back office and allocate missions to drivers.
• Track assignments in real time to confirm correct driver assignment.
• Suggest process improvements to minimize operational issues.
• Provide data‑driven insights and reporting to the Driver Acquisition team to inform recruitment needs.
