Overview

Your Challenge
  • Define and align the AI strategy with the guidelines set by the Digital Transformation Officer and in coordination with business units and central functions.
  • Manage the AI program by coordinating multiple related projects, ensuring coherence and timely rollout.
  • Identify and prioritize use cases based on market needs and internal opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Legal, IT) to ensure adoption of AI solutions.
  • Drive delivery and execution by working closely with data scientists, engineers, and product owners, ensuring timelines and quality to enable scaling of strategic AI projects.
  • Standardize processes, tools, and templates to accelerate AI adoption across the organization.
  • Promote AI culture internally and lead change management initiatives, including training and awareness programs.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to continuously adapt the AI strategy.
  • Ensure program governance including budget, KPIs, and risk management.
  • Communicate the AI vision to internal and external stakeholders, providing thought leadership.
  • Support the scalability of AI solutions in alignment with the Digital Factory Team, ensuring best practices and frameworks are applied.
To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:
  • Preferably 7+ years of experience in managing complex programs/projects, with at least 3 years in AI, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
  • University degree (Preferably Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar).
  • Solid technical knowledge of AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms, with familiarity in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong soft skills: leadership, effective communication, problem solving, and result orientation.
  • Fluent English (Italian knowledge is a plus).
