A leading engineering group operating internationally is seeking an AFC Analyst for their Administration, Finance & Control Department. The successful candidate will collaborate with administrative teams, manage cash flow, and support project teams. Required qualifications include an economic degree and at least 3 years of related experience in an EPC or Construction sector. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Accounting and SAP is a plus. This position is based in Turbigo, Italy.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, second language is a plus.
• Experience in EPC or Construction sector highly appreciated.

Mansioni

Place of work: Milan

Within Administration, Finance & Control Department, there is AFC team dedicated to certain strategic projects. The Function is looking for a highly motivated and competent AFC Analyst to join the team.

He/She, under the coordination of AFC Head of Department of the division and in close coordination with relating functions in Head Quarter, all the Administrative, Finance and Control will take care of activities described below.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• collaborate with administrative teams (Accounts Payables/Receivable and General Accounting) and prepare reports related Projects accounting;
• manage Cash Flow in strict coordination with Finance highlighting in advance any deviation and proposing “remediation actions”;
• ensure application of the guidelines for planning, management control and reporting and existing policies and procedures;
• support the Project teams for all matters concerning AFC.

Personal Attributes:

• economic degree (not necessarily in Italy);
• fluent English speaker and writer is a must, knowing a second language is a plus
• knowledge of Accounting, IFRS is a plus;
• other foreign languages are considered a plus;
• knowledge of SAP is considered a plus;
• at least 3 years of experience in similar role;
• highly appreciated experience in EPC or Construction sector;
• organization, analytical approach and synthesis skills;
• good communication skills;
• Communication and interaction skills with professionals of different training;
• ability to perform under pressure;
