As a Sales & Admissions Specialist at OPIT, you will be an integral member of our dynamic international Admissions Team, playing a pivotal role in identifying and attracting outstanding candidates from around the world to our programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cross-channel leads effectively, guiding potential students at every stage of their journey until enrollment.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and communication strategies to engage with prospective students and provide them with comprehensive information about our programs (call, email, WhatsApp).
  • Conduct consultations with potential applicants to assess their educational goals, career aspirations, and suitability for OPIT's offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and applicant data using our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards.
  • Implement innovative outreach initiatives and recruitment strategies to expand OPIT's global reach and attract high-caliber candidates.
Ideal Candidate
  • Fluent knowledge of both English and Italian (written and spoken) C1+.
  • Proven experience of at least two years in sales, admissions, or student recruitment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Persistence and precision: be prepared to have a high volume of daily interactions with prospective students, while keeping each interaction's quality high.
