We are looking the Group Administrative Shared Service Center Director to join the Finance & Administration function.
The role reports to the Group Administration Services VP and is based in Parma (Italy).
Lead the Administrative Shared Service Center for Barilla Legal Entities across multiple geographies, coordinating both internal teams and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers at global level. Ensure that all administrative processes comply with local laws, fiscal regulations, and group policies while delivering efficient and standardized services. Drive operational excellence and innovation through data analytics, process reengineering, and the adoption of advanced digital tools, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with the Company’s strategic goals.
