Activities & Responsibilities

Gruner Stucky, to support the development and the growth of the Italian Department, is currently seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment thanks to the daily interaction with the other company offices in Switzerland and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily Department management/organizational needs (internal communication, fees and expenses, correspondence and PEC, procurement of goods and services; active and passive invoicing, creation/maintenance of internal databases, Quality Management System, etc.).
  • Interaction with corporate staff functions (HR, Finance, Communication, etc.).
  • Organization and preparation of meetings and events (presentations, minutes of meeting, etc.).
  • Organization of business trips (booking, visas, etc.) in collaboration with the head office.
Requirements profile
  • High school diploma with a focus on Accounting or Languages (or equivalent qualification).
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Full fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
  • Strong command of MS365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability and willingness to learn and use specific internal tools (e.g., invoicing, project control, accounting software).
  • Strong attention to detail, reliability, discretion, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivation to grow within a dynamic and evolving company.
