Job Description Summary

The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient administrative support to the Plant Leader and the plant leadership team.

In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning, and support the strategic transformation of the plant.

It is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, willing to learn, problem solving oriented and comfortable using technology and operating at senior levels in an organization.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
  • Organization and management of strategic meetings, including scheduling, logistics, drafting minutes, and operational follow-up
  • Proactively engage on and oversee projects until successful completion, monitoring deadlines and supporting the management of priorities
  • Edit presentations, reports, spreadsheets, take meeting minutes, and support business reviews
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including members of the leadership team, partners, and institutions
  • Direct business contacts to appropriate managers
  • Prepare, evaluate, and edit incoming and outgoing communications from/to multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate onsite and offsite business meeting and events
  • Manage conference / huddle rooms and common office area
  • Raising and receiving purchases orders, booking travel and managing expenses
  • Diary management and planning of appointments, meetings, calls, and national/international travel
Qualifications/Requirements
  • University Education in Economics or Management or similar
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
  • Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise communications
  • Strong administrative experience in a corporate environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills and teamwork
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
  • Fluent in English and Italian
