At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for an Acquisition Manager to join our team at Rome Business School.

Mission:

The person will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting marketing strategies to generate leads across all markets (national and international). This includes following scoring models, ensuring revenue and profit targets, managing the budget, and aligning all marketing materials with brand identity.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and execute offline initiatives such as fairs, exhibitions, events, and newsletters.
  2. Develop and roll out advertising campaigns across different touchpoints, such as TV and OOH.
  3. Develop and execute online branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive enrollments across various channels.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, on-brand digital content.
  5. Support online marketing campaigns by defining strategies, implementing schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving issues.
  6. Analyze and report on online campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies.
  7. Control and optimize the online marketing budget for effective resource allocation.
  8. Work closely with sales to align digital marketing strategies with sales objectives and support lead generation.
  9. Coordinate with product management to ensure consistent value proposition across paid media channels.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  11. Manage online initiatives including SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, display, content, and digital video. Knowledge of Google Display & Video 360, Adform, and WordPress is a plus.
  12. Demonstrate measurable impact of campaigns and deliver customer-focused results.
  13. Navigate and influence within a business environment, managing multiple projects.
  14. Be a fast learner with good judgment, capable of adapting quickly to change.
  15. Make business-oriented decisions and navigate complex situations.
  16. Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and take action.
  17. Maintain a positive attitude and problem-solving approach to challenges.
  18. Work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
