A well-established Italian FMCG company located in Milan is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage supplier invoices and customer accounting. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or master’s degree in Engineering or Economics, with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA are required. This permanent position offers full-time hours with remote working options available.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Accounting Specialist (Legge 68 / 99) to join our F&A team in the Adhesives Business Unit, based in Milan, Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and accounting of supplier invoices, including electronic invoicing systems;
  • Customer accounting: ageing control, credit collection, and issuing credit notes;
  • Intrastat reporting and compliance;
  • Support in monthly VAT settlement and withholding tax activities;
  • Assistance with printing and archiving statutory accounting books;
  • Support in preparing outgoing payments;
  • Archive management (expense reports, fines, etc.).

Reporting Line: You will report directly to our Finance & Internal Operations Manager.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: Diploma or master’s degree in Engineering, Economics;
  • Work Experience: 2-3 years in Administration and Accounting;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Good knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA;
  • Fluent in Italian and good command of English.
