The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience, is fluent in English, and knowledgeable in SAP and Excel. This position offers a hybrid working mode.

On behalf of our esteemed Customer, we are recruiting the following profile :

ACCOUNTANT-CONTABILE / LUXURY BRAND / MILAN

The position will be placed in the Finance team and will have direct and operational responsibility for activities related to e-commerce channel accounting.

Responsibilities

• The reconciliation of sales, collections and refunds handled by the various PaymentServiceProviders used
• The issuance of invoices and credit notes required by end customers
• The analysis and control of documents issued for shipments and returns for tax and customs compliance purposes
• The preparation of documentation required for the preparation of tax returns
• The preparation of financial reports
• The contact with other departments to handle various issues
• The retrieval and subsequent filing of documentation necessary for compliance with current tax regulations

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in similar context
• Reliability and accuracy
• Fluent english, spoken and written
• Communication and problem solving skills
• Motivation, positivity, ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of SAP and the office package, especially Excel
