The role involves managing e-commerce channel accounting, including sales reconciliation, invoice issuance, and tax compliance. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and be proficient in English and Excel.

On behalf of our esteemed Customer, we are recruiting the following profile :

ACCOUNTANT-CONTABILE / LUXURY BRAND / MILAN

The position will be placed in the Finance team and will have direct and operational responsibility for activities related to e-commerce channel accounting.

• Main duties and responsabilities
• The reconciliation of sales, collections and refunds handled by the various PaymentServiceProviders used;
• The issuance of invoices and credit notes required by end customers;
• The analysis and control of documents issued for shipments and returns for tax and customs compliance purposes;
• The preparation of documentation required for the preparation of tax returns;
• The preparation of financial reports;
• The contact with other departments to handle various issues;
• The retrieval and subsequent filing of documentation necessary for compliance with current tax regulations.
• 2-3 years of experience in similar context
• Reliability and accuracy;
• Fluent english, spoken and written
• Communication and problem solving skills;
• Motivation, positivity, ability to work in a team;
• Knowledge of SAP and the office package, especially Excel
