A prestigious luxury brand group in Milan is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Professional to enhance client relationships and drive sales growth. You will support the team in promoting products and developing proposals while maintaining strong connections with existing clients. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience in the design industry, and fluent English and Italian language skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global luxury business.

Role Description (Responsibilities)

We are currently seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Professional who will report directly to the Managing Partner.

Key responsibilities include :
  • Supporting the team in presenting, promoting, and selling the company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients, while fostering long-term relationships.
  • Executing account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Collaborating closely with the team to develop tailored commercial proposals for clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships through attentive service and consistent follow-up.
  • Understanding client needs and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
  • Regularly liaising with suppliers and vendors.
  • Assisting management in the oversight of day-to-day operations.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is considered a strong plus.
