A leading language school in Cernusco sul Naviglio seeks an energetic Academic Coordinator / English Teacher. You will prepare engaging lessons, monitor student progress, and develop meaningful relationships with learners and their families. Ideal candidates should have an advanced level of English and a passion for working with children. This position is part-time with a total of 13 hours per week, starting in June 2025.

Overview

Academic Coordinator / English Teacher position at Kids&Us Language School in Cernusco sul Naviglio. We are looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher / Academic Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a teacher you’ll learn to:

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to:

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

Requirements

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
• Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Interest in working with children
• Planning and organisation skills
• A team player: if you've played on a team, you'll fit right in!

We Offer

• Fixed-term until the end of December 2025
• 8 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher (total 13h per week)
