Job Title: Web Designer
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm AWST
- Design and build responsive pages in WordPress (Elementor)
- Turn briefs and wireframes into polished layouts
- Optimise for speed, accessibility, and conversions
- Prep and compress assets, handle basic image editing, and add simple motion when useful
- Use AI tools regularly for content, images, and video
- Implement on-page SEO basics: headings, internal links, metadata
- Configure forms, tracking, and goals in GA4 + Tag Manager
- Manage updates, staging, and backups in WP Engine
- QA your work, fix issues fast, and keep communication clear
- Fresh graduate is prioritized
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good command in English is Mandatory
- Self-driven and quick to execute
- Obsessed with learning and improving
- Detail-focused with solid HTML + CSS foundations
- Comfortable in WordPress + Elementor
- Curious about CRO, UX, and design that drives results
- A clear communicator who owns outcomes and deadlines
- Basic JavaScript/jQuery for interactions
- Figma experience
