Ensure continuous and stable machine operations with minimal cost and maximum efficiency.
Develop and implement strategic plans for timely execution of engineering projects and preventive maintenance activities.
Identify training needs and lead talent development initiatives within the engineering team.
Manage multiple operational priorities, including budgets, staffing, and project timelines.
Drive alignment across departments to achieve company goals and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong exposure to FMCG manufacturing environments and machine systems.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex engineering projects.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proficient in English, computer literacy, and technical documentation.
Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
