About the Role
As the Country Manager, you will oversee all operations, drive business growth, and enhance profitability within Indonesia. You will be responsible for achieving financial targets, managing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a balance of good sales acumen, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to lead teams, foster innovation, and maintain high standards of service delivery.

What You'll Do:
Manage the entire operations of Indonesia, with a keen focus on profit, revenue, and quality targets.
Lead and align projects with company goals, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with company methodologies and standards.
Proactively identify market opportunities, drive significant revenue growth, and acquire new commercial banking and financial services clients in Indonesia.
Address project risks, provide strong leadership, and motivate teams to deliver high-quality results.
Foster teamwork, improve staff retention, and build robust, long-term customer relationships.
Ensure engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all practice engagements.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
What We Need From You:
At least 12 years of cumulative experience in driving revenue growth, or business development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, customer-facing solutions on time.
Demonstrated strong experience in selling IT solutions (software or infrastructure) directly to commercial banks or other financial services clients in Indonesia.
Proven experience managing teams and providing direct leadership to a diverse group of professionals. (Experience overseeing larger operational teams is highly valued)
A visionary mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive business development.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactically.
Experience in managing P&L (Profit & Loss) for a business unit or country operation.
Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English.
