Our client is a Multinational IT Services company. Currently, they are looking for Account Manager Mandarin Speaker.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand the company’s products, services, industry, and competitors.
• Achieve sales growth and targets by leading the sales team, following up on leads, and securing new clients.
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
• Coach and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
• Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports with accurate forecasts to management.

Job Requirements

• Education Background: Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields, is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, Mandarin is a must.
• Has 8+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience managing large banking/FSI (e.g IT software/IT Solution) account portfolios.
• Have proven and successful experience in high-value client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Office suite software (Ms. Office, Google Workspace) and CRM software.
• Communicative, energetic, fast learner and have a result-driven attitude.
