About the role

PT Dharmapala Usaha Sukses is seeking a talented IT Staff to join our growing team. As an IT Staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our internal IT infrastructure and systems. This is a full-time position based in Cilacap, Central Java.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing first‑line support and troubleshooting for computer hardware, software, and network‑related issues
• Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications
• Performing regular backups and monitoring system performance
• Identifying and resolving IT‑related problems in a timely and efficient manner
• Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and continuity
• Collaborating with the IT team to implement new technologies and solutions
• Providing training and support to end‑users on the use of IT systems and applications

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or technical role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in the use of common software applications and operating systems
