Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunity/potential VMI/JIT parts and suppliers
- Pursuing with suppliers to have them enrolled into our VMI/JIT agreement
- Initiate VMI/JIT agreement signed off with parts appendix ( includes all the T&C's)
- Setup VMI/JIT parts in our ERP system and educate supplier to execute to our agreement T&C's, coordinate with buyers on phase in
- Generating weekly supply/demand( forecast) to VMI /JIT suppliers and follow up for response to our forecast by suppliers
- Involve in VMI /JIT parts escalation ( shortages,etc)
- VMI/JIT Parts removal – phase in and phase out looking into any liability exposure working closely with suppliers and buyers
Qualifications
- Degree with preferably 3 years working experience in Purchasing/Supply Chain related functions
- Ability to analyze inventory data to forecast demand accurately and prevent stock outs or overstocking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build and maintain a trusting, collaborative relationship with the vendor
- Practical experience in managing inventory levels, tracking stock, and understanding concepts like inventory turnover rates

Our client, a well-established company in the skincare and healthcare retail sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to strengthen their operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment, excels at analytical problem‑solving, and takes pride in delivering operational excellence across the entire supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Lead demand‑supply planning and replenishment
to ensure optimal stock levels and smooth product availability across online and retail channels.
- Monitor and maintain inventory data accuracy
across multiple systems to ensure integrity in all planning and reporting processes.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally
with key internal teams — including store operations, trading, finance, marketing, IT, and logistics — as well as external partners such as 3PL providers and suppliers, to support timely replenishment and successful campaign execution.
- Reconcile inventory reports
