Job description

To assist the Senior Manager of Technology & Innovation in managing day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, and system improvements across the company. This role oversees IT support activities, vendor coordination, hardware and software administration, and ensures smooth functioning of technology systems to support business operations. The role also contributes to project implementation for digitalization and system enhancement initiatives.

Full-time position based at PT BBN Office (Jakarta), with periodic visits to outlets as required. May require extended hours during system implementation, troubleshooting emergencies, or infrastructure migration activities.

Responsibilities

IT Operations & Support Supervision

  • Supervise daily IT support operations, including troubleshooting hardware/software, network issues, and system access.
  • Act as escalation point for issues unresolved by the IT support team.

Infrastructure & System Administration

  • Support maintenance of IT infrastructure (server, network, firewall, CCTV, POS systems).
  • Monitor system availability and ensure uptime performance for critical business applications.

Digital Solutions & System Improvement

  • Assist in implementation of new digital tools and system enhancements (POS upgrades, ERP, automation tools, etc.).
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Test) and ensure proper deployment to users.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors, managed service providers, and purchasing for IT-related procurement.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and licensing management (devices, software licenses, subscriptions).

IT Security & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, data protection practices, and user access management.
  • Assist in policy documentation and implementation of cybersecurity and data backup routines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (S1/D3) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information System, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or system administration (experience in multi-location retail/F&B preferred).
  • Proficient in network administration (LAN/WAN, routers, firewall, VPN).
  • Strong understanding of POS system management, IT asset maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in implementing software/system upgrades and digitalization projects.
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and IT documentation.
