About the Role

Join our team at PT. Wide Technologies Indonesia as an IT Support DCO (Data Center Operation). In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing high‑quality technical support and maintenance for our data centre operations. Your expertise and dedication will be crucial in ensuring the seamless functioning of our critical IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system dashboards such as Grafana, Nagios, and MRTG.


• Prepare regular reports for customers according to the scheduled timeline.


• Perform daily system backups.


• Proficiency in Linux operating systems and Linux scripting is an advantage.


• Strong understanding of server and data center fundamentals is an advantage.


• Basic knowledge of networking is an advantage.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) majoring in Network Engineering, or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.


• Willing to work outside regular office hours when required.


• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies.


• Willing to work from office (WFO).
