A prominent marketing firm is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager for its Food and Beverage division in Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. The role involves executing innovative campaigns, managing media partnerships, and overseeing event promotions to enhance brand visibility. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over three years of marketing experience, preferably in the F&B industry. Strong project management and communication skills are essential for success in this dynamic role.
Develop and execute innovative campaigns to elevate brand visibility and reputation within the F&B industry and lifestyle community.
Conceptualize, organize, and promote in‑house and collaborative events with Pop Up that drive customer traffic and engagement. Oversee event timelines, vendor coordination, collaterals, and media coverage.
Define and maintain brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all marketing touchpoints, ensuring consistency from digital channels to in‑store experience.
Create compelling content for social media, promotional campaigns, and in‑venue communications.
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and Key Opinion Leaders to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media partners, journalists, and lifestyle publications.
Design and execute promotional strategies for menu launches, seasonal offerings, and limited‑time deals to boost sales and customer retention.
Qualification :
Bachelor's degree; 3+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within a food and beverage company.
Capable of extracting consumer and communication insights from our content.
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with employees at all levels.
Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Able to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume.
Self‑starter who brings campaigns to market, develops new practices, and is dedicated to analyzing growth through metrics.
