• Proficient in handling audits and management reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards, QMS, CMS, CIC, 5R, CAR/PICA, and other quality management requirements.
• Experienced in handling ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, CDP, and EcoVadis.
• Proficient in document control, internal & external audits, management reviews, and complaint handling.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to coach, plan KPIs, and prepare structured reports.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination.
• Solid leadership and team management capabilities.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; intermediate proficiency in English.
• Willing to be placed in Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
