Job summary

A leading Indonesian surveying company is seeking a Sales Manager to direct and create sales and marketing revenue.   • Preferable experienced in mineral metal industry (surveyor company, shipper, trader, or buyer).
Job Description
  • Direct, coordinate and create company sales and marketing revenue.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner.
  • Monitor database of prospecting client through sales force system in order to achieve the agreed target.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new project development.
  • Handle customer quotation, cancellation or changes in sales order, and communicate the changes to related departments in order to avoid any unnecessary problem.
  • Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
  • Responsible for sales revenue and profit targets.
