Job summary

A dynamic organization in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to lead HR management activities. The role involves overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations while promoting a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, possess 3-5 years of HR experience including supervisory roles, and be fluent in English and one other language, with a strong understanding of local labor laws and HR practices. This position is based in Jakarta Utara.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in at least two languages (Mandarin, Japanese, English, Indonesian).
  • In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end human resources management.
  • Implement team building initiatives to promote engagement.
  • Develop and optimize HR policies to ensure compliance.
  • Handle employee relations matters and mediate conflicts.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and design training programs.
  • Collaborate with departments on staffing requirements.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports for management.
