Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as Warehouse Supervisor in medium/large companies.
• Experience in managing stocks of raw materials and finished goods.
• Experience in automation, lean production, and SAP systems.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, supply order process, business flow, and basic finance.
• Awareness of risk control and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support manager in warehouse planning & KPI achievement.
• Ensure safety compliance for people, materials, and facilities.
• Plan & implement warehouse operating procedures.
• Manage inventory (annual/quarterly/monthly), stock opname, and reporting.
• Optimize warehouse layout & logistics routes.
• Allocate and train manpower to improve efficiency.
• Monitor team performance, appraisals, and team cohesion.
