Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure all warehouse processes are in accordance with SOPs and work standards.
• Coordinate the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
• Supervise and control warehouse activities.
• Manage inventory and stock and ensure stock availability as needed.
• Control and oversee stocktaking and ensure the accuracy of stock data.
• Lead, direct, supervise, and control the performance of warehouse staff.
• Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff.
• Enforce procedures and conduct routine inspections to ensure warehouse safety.
• Supervise and ensure the warehouse is safe and well‑maintained.
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities and administration, incoming and outgoing goods transactions.
• Coordinate with other divisions related to sales and distribution.
• Coordinate with external parties (e.g., suppliers, couriers).

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar position.
• Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in logistics, management, or a related field.
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to organize, lead, and inspire a team.
• Analytical skills to analyze warehouse performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
