Job description

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing import/export processes, and analyzing data to optimize productivity. Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse Management:
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and implement corrective actions.
• Import/Export Regulation and Process:
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and process import/export documentation.
• Data Analysis:
  • Analyze data using Excel (pivot tables, charts, etc.) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Track and report on productivity, loading capacity, and other key performance indicators.
• SAP WMS:
  • Utilize SAP WMS to manage warehouse operations, track inventory, and optimize storage.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
• Return Process and Shipment:
  • Coordinate carriers and customers to resolve returns and damaged goods.
  • Ensure timely and efficient shipment of products.
• Productivity and Efficiency:
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure productivity.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with the Asia region team to drive process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and present reports and proposals to the team and management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and processes.
• Experience with SAP WMS (or similar warehouse management systems).
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
