Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure the smooth execution of Production Orders (PDO) related to valve products.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to support engineering requirements.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications for valve types including Ball, Gate, Globe, and Check valves.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the production and testing phases.
• Ensure that products comply with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.
• Understand instrument actuators and actuator installation processes.
• Support engineering activities involving SDV (Shutdown Valve), BDV (Blowdown Valve), and MOV (Motor Operated Valve).
• Conduct reverse engineering for valve products and create both 3D and 2D designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or a related field).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Valve Manufacturing industry is a MUST.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of industrial valve products, especially Ball, Gate, Globe, and Check types.
• Good understanding of instrument actuators, actuator installation, and SDV/BDV/MOV applications.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken, and written.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
