Job description

We are looking for a Utilities Engineering Supervisor to lead the operation of utility facilities (Boiler, Compressed Air, Refrigeration, WTP, WWTP, Power & Water). This position plays a key role in ensuring that operations run efficiently, safely, and in compliance with standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the utilities operation team.

Ensure the reliability of Boiler, Air Compressor, Refrigeration, WTP & WWTP.

Improve efficiency through the implementation of new technologies and improvement programs.

Prepare and manage the annual utilities budget, including cost control.

Support projects with value engineering and proper technical documentation.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.

At least 5 years of experience in utilities operations (Boiler, WTP, WWTP, Refrigeration, Air Compressor).

Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior staff role.

Strong knowledge of utilities maintenance, troubleshooting, and project management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of HSE standards and environmental regulations.

Willing not to smoke: The ideal candidate should not smoke, use vape, or e-cigarettes, in line with our company’s commitment to a healthy work environment.

Willing to be based in Purwakarta.

Immediate availability is preferred.
