Job description

• Lead and guide the UI/UX Design team to ensure all design activities align with company goals and project needs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Business System Analysts, and Engineers to align design solutions with business and technical needs.
• Distribute tasks, manage priorities, and monitor the team’s progress to make sure timelines and quality standards are met.
• Provide direction, feedback, and best practices to improve team performance and design outcomes.
• Support team members growth through mentoring and training to enhance their skills.
• Identify and solve design related or non technical challenges with effective and practical solutions.
• Set and maintain UI/UX standards, design guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency across projects.
• Review and approve final design outputs before delivery to stakeholders or engineer teams.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and one-on-one discussions to help the team achieve their goals.
• Represent the UI/UX Design team in meetings with other departments and provide updates on progress, blockers, or team needs.
• Ensure clear communication and collaboration between the UI/UX Design team and cross functional teams.
• Conduct rapid/lean UX validation when possible to support fast decision-making and user-focused outcomes.
• Continuously improve the teams workflow, efficiency, and design process to keep up with best practices.

Job Requirements

• Graduate from Bachelor, Diploma 3, Diploma 4 degree from Information Systems, Computer Science, IT or other related majors.
• Have a minimum 4 years of experience as a UIUX Designer, with proven experience in leading design projects or managing a design team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good collaboration skills and experience working with cross functional teams.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Able to translate business and user needs into clear, effective, and visually engaging design solutions.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, and usability best practices.
• Able to perform rapid/lean UX validation to support faster decisions.
• Skilled in UI Design & Design Systems, ensuring visual consistency and scalable design components.
• Experienced in Prototyping & Interaction Design, creating intuitive user flows and interactive mockups.
• Knowledgeable in UX Research & Strategy, including user testing, data analysis, and applying insights to improve design outcomes.
• Experienced with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
