Job description

We are seeking a Traffic Control Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of traffic flow, vehicle movement, shuttle coordination, and parking areas at EIGER Adventure Land. This role ensures smooth guest mobility, safe traffic conditions, and efficient ground operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Directly supervise the activities of Traffic Control Staff, Shuttle Drivers, and Parking Staff during each shift.

Monitor real-time traffic conditions throughout the area and take immediate action in the event of queues or congestion.

Provide on-the-spot coaching related to communication, safety, and area discipline.

Report potential hazards, facility damage, or transportation-related incidents to the manager immediately.

Complete shift reports containing traffic conditions, incidents, shuttle utilization, and improvement recommendations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum education of high school/vocational school (SMA/SMK); a D3/S1 degree in Transportation, Hospitality, or Operations is an advantage.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an operational, security, transportation, or public-area coordinator/supervisor.

Strong field communication skills and the ability to make quick decisions.

Able to lead a team in busy and dynamic environments.

Agile, disciplined, and physically fit with good work stamina.
